Human Resources Manager - Onsite

Your Role:
As the HR Manager for our client, you will play a crucial role in shaping and implementing HR strategies that align with their goals. You’ll manage all areas of HR, with an emphasis on learning and development, labor relations, and fostering a positive organizational culture. This role requires a proactive and strategic mindset to guide teams, resolve workplace issues, and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.

Schedule: Monday-Friday (40 hours/week)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement employee relations strategies to address and resolve workplace conflicts effectively.

  • Oversee compliance with industry regulations and labor laws while managing risk and ensuring adherence to company policies.

  • Lead organizational change management efforts, supporting company transformations and employee adaptation.

  • Handle grievances and disciplinary actions in line with company procedures and legal requirements.

  • Create and deliver internal communications to keep employees informed and engaged.

  • Develop learning and development programs to enhance employee skills and organizational performance.

  • Participate in collective bargaining negotiations and manage labor relations effectively.

  • Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring smooth transitions.

  • Administer performance management programs and salary structures.

  • Utilize HRIS systems to streamline HR processes and maintain accurate records.

Qualifications:

  • 5-7 years of progressive HR experience in a generalist capacity.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.

  • Professional HR certification (e.g., CPHR, CHRP, CHRL) is required.

  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to collaborate within a decentralized HR team.

  • Experience in learning and development, including creating and delivering training programs.

  • Knowledge of labor relations, including collective bargaining and grievance resolution.

  • Familiarity with employment law and compliance requirements.

  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and managing organizational change initiatives.
